WindowDressers is a community-based non-profit that produces low-cost insulating window inserts that function as custom, interior-mounted storm windows.

Warm Springs Consulting
From 2022 through 2024, Gardner served as Senior Engineer with Warm Springs Consulting, a prominent sustainability-oriented consulting firm headquartered in Boise, ID that supported high-impact industries and organizations with sustainability strategy, feasibility studies, greenhouse-gas inventories, and ESG reporting.
While collaborating with WSC, we served clients from the following sectors: government, agriculture, mining, manufacturing, and energy.
In 2024 WSC team members joined up with larger organizations to support or informally spun off into Verdant Resolutions ... (see above!)
Verdant Resolutions
Verdant Resolutions, launched by Deb LaSalle, one of the founding partners of Warm Springs Consulting in 2024. Verdant specializes in sustainability strategic planning and implementation, including baseline waste and energy inventories, sustainability roadmaps, public engagement, facilitation, and environmental mediation. Verdant is a valued partner of Gardner Energy Strategies.
